Compensation: $60,000 – $150,000 + Uncapped Commission

Role Description:
This is a full-time Sales Representative position at Greater Than Care in Columbia, MD. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and driving growth. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their healthcare needs and assist them in finding a plan.

- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management and account management skills
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
