Summary
Global financial services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner and his team. Responsibilities include high level gatekeeping, complex and ever-changing calendar management, extensive travel arrangements, high level internal and external communication, detailed meeting planning and coordination, creating and/or revising Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks with minimal personal administrative support required. Will keep the Partner and his team on track. Will sit on executive floor but Partner works in another city but same time zone. He is in NYC often although that is not his base location, rest of team is in NYC.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of administrative support, including 5+ years of senior level support and experience supporting a Division Head or C-level executive, and financial services industry experience. Must have top notch technical (MS Office Suite) and written/verbal communication skills. Must have a strategic mindset. Must be a team player with a “no task it too small” mentality. Must be detail oriented, discreet, and analytical. Must have a 24/7 mentality.
