A top insurance agency in the Central Valley is searching for a Human Resources Assistant to help aid in the growth and wellness of their employees. In this role, you will assist the department with various administrative tasks that include managing files, onboarding, and benefits documentation, just to name a few. What we need from you:
- Experience – You have at least 1-2 years of Human Resources experience and/or Office Administration experience
- Education – You have a Bachelor’s Degree preferred or upcoming grad
- Customer Service – You give a positive customer service experience, great communication, and helpful telephone skills
- Comprehensive Knowledge – You can read, write, and communicate efficiently and effectively
- Software – You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Adobe, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with open enrollment and onboarding
- Support Human Resources department
- Manage and organize confidential files
- Maintain the HR Department’s continuing education hours and other insurance licensing required
- Answer phones, emails, and clerical and administrative tasks
- Manage correspondence, paperwork, and documents
- Review accounting, billing, and request information
