Position Overview:

As a Licensed Electrician on our Industrial Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our

facility. This position involves working in an industrial environment, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, as well as leading day-to-day maintenance activities across the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in

an industrial setting

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to

minimize downtime

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, working

closely with the maintenance team

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation

of automation equipment, including robotics, conveyor systems, and PLC programming

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability of electrical

systems and equipment plant wide

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

  • Kentucky licensed electrician with a strong background in industrial

maintenance

  • Proven experience working in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with automation equipment, including robotics, conveyor

systems, and PLC programming

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work

environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Allen Bradley / Siemens PLC programming
  • Experience with manufacturing and packaging equipment
  • Experience with Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor PM’s
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
