Your Team
You’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy and operations. Reporting to the VP Growth, you’ll collaborate with all departments to drive our mission forward. You will also manage a team of freelancers to execute on various marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.
Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing department. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand, drives customer engagement, and supports our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Strategy and Distribution: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and marketing goals.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Website Revamp: Be an active part of the redesign and optimization of our website to improve user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to create and implement product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Partner Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel partner marketing activities that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Freelancer Management: Oversee the work of freelancers, ensuring they deliver high-quality content and marketing materials on time and within budget.
Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to build and lead a team.
- Expertise in content marketing, email marketing, product marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.

- Experience in managing website redesign projects.
