About the job
We are seeking a passionate and consumer-focused Retail Merchandiser to join our Retail Merchandising Team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace landscapes, and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the consumer product offering across merchandising dimensions with an end-to-end approach (from insights to adoption).
- Manage specific business units within a gender and across multiple fields of play within the North America geography.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing.
- Influence and execute multi-season management for innovative product franchises, delivering assortments aligned with consumer needs and trends.
- Maintain agility and solution-oriented approaches in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail within footwear, apparel, equipment, or consumer product industries (vertical, multi-brand, or digital environments).
- Expertise in retail and digital performance metrics such as sell-through, margin, full-price realization, and weeks of supply.
- Deep understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and marketplace insights.
