Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at Inovre Immigration Services in Victoria, BC. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with professionalism and efficiency, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role also involves clerical duties to maintain organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in immigration services or legal administrative support is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field
