Job Title: Project Manager 3 – Cancer Screening Programs
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Remote within New Brunswick, Canada (occasional on-site meetings may be required with prior notice)
Budget: CAD 65-75/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale IT projects involving Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the success of cross-functional teams.
- Oversee data migration and ensure adherence to privacy and security standards.
- Coordinate communication and deliverables for diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in IM/IT Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years).
- Proven success in managing complex projects with business transformation components.
- Knowledge of PHIPA and experience in a Canadian health application context is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira.
- Experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
