We are a global leader in drilling services, providing innovative and reliable solutions to the mining and drilling industry. With a rich history spanning over 130 years, and are committed to delivering excellence in safety, drilling services, and technology.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Percussive Drilling Services team in Red Lake, Ontario.

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinates and communicate activities and between internal & external clients.
  • Schedule crews and communicate daily project plans
  • Researches and analyzes development and product life cycles.
  • Acts as the technical and content expert for the project
  • Analyzes, organizes, monitors and evaluates specified area including financial analysis
  • Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
  • Initiates cost reduction programs, prepares proposals, and articulates product position, key benefits and value proposition.
  • Works with vendors and other third parties.
  • Accountable for the delivery of all technical services.
  • Maintaining optimal short and long term business plans.
  • Scheduling and budgeting as well as exposure to ground control, industrial engineering and improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Project Management Experience
  • Must have valid Canada Driver’s License
  • Professional Engineer Designation preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are a requirement for this position
  • This is a hands-on position that requires a decisive individual with a high level of initiative

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.

This position is required to be at site in Red Lake on a 5 days per week salaried position. Relocation package is an option.
