About the Role:

Join our dynamic team and lead complex IT projects to drive organizational transformation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including CRM implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including CRM implementations
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
