About the Role:
Join our dynamic team and lead complex IT projects to drive organizational transformation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including CRM implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including CRM implementations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
