We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the accounting manager with our company’s financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Accounting Manager with all Accounting functions, including but not limited to:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
· Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
· Track commissions
· Handle payroll processing and related tasks
· Manage Aging and Collections. Handle client inquiries and billing questions
Requirements:
· Proven Bookkeeping experience of at least 1-3 years, including client contact
· Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams
