An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the front-of-house operations for a new fine dining restaurant in Notting Hill. This innovative dining concept aims to redefine luxury dining by blending exceptional cuisine, sustainability, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to shape the service culture and be the face of this unique establishment.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized hospitality.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to align service delivery with the restaurant’s vision.
  • Organize and lead special events and private dining experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest focus.
  • A passion for innovative dining and exceptional service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fine dining standards, wine pairing, and global cuisine.
