Sales Position/Project Manager
Liberty Home Remodeling is an established home improvement firm that has an amazing track record
with our customers, an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as multiple Angie’s List and
Home Advisor customer service awards. We have several certifications including HAAG, CertainTeed,
and GAF Master Elite certifications. Only 2% of roofing contractors in North America are Master Elite
certified.
We are eager to hire talented and motivated individuals who will continue to represent our brand while
being committed to succeed. We are looking for a leader who has a track record of top performance and
has a history of meeting and exceeding goals for sales organizations in the past.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in various aspects of sales and production management.
You will be responsible for prospecting new home improvement leads and meeting with prospective
clients to offer our services. Other responsibilities include property damage assessment and project
estimation.
We’re firm believers that an ambitious team is our biggest asset. Therefore, we invest in our staff with
paid training and a compensation structure that reflects that belief. Our Project Managers receive a
competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure, consistently making between $55,000
and $175,000 per year.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years sales experience with a strong performance record (preferred)
- Self-motivated, drive to excel
- Interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
- Confident, creative, and goal-oriented

- Ability to carry a ladder and get on roofs is required
