Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth

  • Identify and onboard content creators aligned with Myyshop’s products, leveraging strong creator networking skills.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators, guiding them through the merchandising process and improving onboarding experiences.
  • Provide product recommendations to maximize sales and audience engagement.
  • Monitor creator performance metrics and develop action plans to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan campaigns that enhance creator engagement.

2. Community Management

  • Manage creator communities on platforms like WhatsApp and Discord, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Organize community activities to strengthen connections and boost activity.

3. Creator Support

  • Offer personalized guidance and retention strategies to creators.
  • Gather feedback to improve the platform and creator experience.
  • Provide training on Myyshop tools and merchandising best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to connect and build relationships with creators.
  • Experience managing online communities via platforms like WhatsApp or Discord.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator ecosystems.
  • Analytical, creative, and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes is a plus.
