We have been retained by our client to find an HR Manager for a manufacturing company of circa 80 employees. Part of a wider group organisation, the Gloucester site is on a transformational journey with people at its heart. Employee engagement, employee development and driving a culture of performance will be key to this role.
Our client is searching for an HR all-rounder who has experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle. A primary focus will be fostering a culture of continuous improvement where the teams drive for results.
As well as your capabilities as a hands-on HR Manager, you will have the skills to be able to advise, coach and develop the line managers and executive team where required, enabling them to positively and consistently manage their people.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of employment law and have a good commercial understanding of HR’s impact within a business. Your HR experience will ideally include a manufacturing environment or similar and CIPD qualifications will be advantageous to your application.
