TITLE: School Business Associate
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
SALARY: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 DOE
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH and JAPANESE bilingual
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
WORK STYLE: Hybrid (3 days at San Francisco Office)
The company is an eLearning Company, which is involved in a range of activities, from higher education and corporate training to venture capital. You will be responsible for building relationships designed to produce sales opportunities.
School Business Associate contributes to the mission of company by providing exemplary
service.
School Business Associate provides counseling to candidates and maintains internal records in
our CRM system.
School Business Associate is expected to work as a team and make improvements to our
products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
You will aim for the School Goal for MBA students in AY
(Academic Year) 2025.
In order to reach the above, we would like to open 7 Pre-MBA courses in a year and take part in
MBA Tours or some other events in USA/Canada and in Latin America.
-Hold nomikais with alumni/students and build the company community
-Talk to our candidate students about their career goals and personal strengths and so on.
-Provide counseling to candidates to convey our company’s features and appeal in an easy-tounderstand and accurate manner. Follow up with candidates so that they apply to MBA/PreMBA
– Make appointments and conduct sales activities with corporate clients to promote and sell
Pre-MBA courses and other product lines developed by corporate solution team.
-Management of sales targets and execution of the PDCA cycle
-Run the PDCA cycle for seminars (Top Seminars, Kokorozashi Seminars, Technovate
Seminars, MBA info sessions, OCs(Open Campuses), etc. )
In Operations
-Input necessary information into the internal system
-Manage the flow of sales, marketing, operations, and accounting
-Consult with students regarding class rules
-Consult with faculty regarding administration
-Prepare, open the course Zoom, stand-by in our Pre-MBA class, Corporate training, etc.
-Build and create a learning environment that encourages students to take more Pre-MBA
courses and eventually apply to the MBA
-Prepare and participate in internal and external meetings
-English proofread
In Marketing
-Create ads materials and set them on the ads platform such as Meta
-Run the PDCA cycle to get proper potential customers
-Take part in SNS activities of company
-Add on relevant contents (student testimonials, webinar reports) and conduct Search Engine
Optimization to the company Web gaining support from Japan
Qualifications
– Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
– Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
– Strong sales skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
– Experience in marketing, including developing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, and leveraging digital marketing channels.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects concurrently.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software and tools.
– Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred.
– Ability to travel to client sites, as required.
