About the Role: Seasonal Tax Preparer

This role is your opportunity to play a key part in our clients’ financial well-being. As a Seasonal Tax Preparer, you’ll provide critical tax preparation services while collaborating with a dedicated team. The position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on mutual fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare & Review Taxes: Prepare accurate individual and small business tax returns, ensuring compliance and maximum outcomes.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of federal and state tax regulations to deliver up-to-date, expert guidance.
• Client Engagement: Build trust by gathering client information and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of data protection and client confidentiality.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in tax preparation with a solid understanding of tax regulations.
• Proficient in tax software with excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Certification as a CPA or EA is a bonus but not required.
