Company Overview
ivee connects women returning to work after a career break with companies eager to access this qualified, yet completely untapped, talent. We’re a community-first platform, using AI tailored upskilling to equip women with the tools to confidently return to work – whilst matching them with vetted job opportunities that recognise their demands and value their skills.
How does ivee work?
- Sisters Amelia and Lydia were inspired to build ivee after watching one of their parents struggle to return to work. They set out on a mission to address the unjust penalties faced by parents for taking career breaks – penalties that often halt their professional journeys altogether.
- Through ivee, you can gain access to a like-minded community of returners and connect with those on a similar journey through webinars and events (coffee mornings, wine tastings and more!). Plus, you’ll find guides, templates and resources to help you on your return-to-work journey.
- And of course, you’ll have access to our jobs marketplace, designed specifically for returners! We ensure every role on ivee can genuinely offer flexible working arrangements and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
