Managing Director, Head of Wealth Management & Institutional Family Offices Coverage
Location: London
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% in-office, or two days per week)
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned wealth management specialist and respected industry leader to join our Institutional Coverage team in London.
As Managing Director, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the Wealth Management strategy, providing strategic leadership and direction to the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to expand the institutional family office client base, driving multi-product revenue opportunities across the Group.
- Enhance C-suite engagement to elevate strategic discussions with the UK’s leading wealth managers and platforms, boosting revenues and product penetration.
- Develop and refine business objectives and sector strategy, ensuring alignment with Institutional Coverage and the wider Corporate & Institutional Banking strategies.
- Design and implement efficient product and channel distribution strategies, optimizing income growth and market penetration while staying within risk appetite and capital objectives.
- Oversee and maintain the risk-management framework, ensuring alignment with Group policies, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high-performing team of experienced wealth management professionals.
