About the Team

The EMEA Regulatory Finance team is responsible for managing regulatory and economic capital effectively while ensuring accurate and timely reporting across EMEA. Supporting this function, the Finance Change team delivers strategic solutions and daily support services, collaborating with technology teams in London, Dublin, and India.

In this role, you will be part of the Finance Change department in London, contributing to a high-profile Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end-user teams in London to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and oversee change management across the project lifecycle.
  • Support large-scale Finance Change initiatives with a focus on business process transformation, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in ESG reporting frameworks, such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  • Proficiency in working with large and complex data sets, including data gap analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting system flows from front-office trade capture through to sub-ledgers and the General Ledger.
  • Familiarity with European regulatory requirements such as COREP and FinRep.
  • Knowledge of Finance data control processes and risk management.
  • Hands-on approach to gathering requirements, problem-solving, and testing solutions.
  • Experience working with a wide range of Broker-Dealer asset classes.
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward, collaborate across teams, and maintain transparency.
  • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Capacity to work in a global environment with stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
  • Expertise in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies within complex regulatory change programs.
