What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement Workiva’s organic social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and management of all content across Workiva’s social media channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging across all social platforms.
- Manage and maintain the social media calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content scheduling.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing and People & Culture to execute strategic social campaigns that support business goals.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to enhance future social media initiatives.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends and gather audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Develop and promote social media best practices and guidelines to empower employees and internal thought leaders in representing the Workiva brand.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging social media technologies to enhance engagement and performance.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in the B2B technology industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in social media strategy, planning, and audience growth.
- Strong copywriting skills with a talent for crafting engaging, action-driven social content.
- Deep understanding of B2B social media nuances, particularly in finance and accounting sectors.
- Experience successfully executing large-scale, multi-channel social campaigns with measurable impact.
- Knowledge of analytics, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to boost Workiva’s online presence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams in a global SaaS organization.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Travel & Work Requirements
- Up to 15% travel for company events and internal meetings.
- Reliable internet access is required when working remotely.
