What You’ll Do
✅ Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations).
✅ Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Claims efficiently.
- Oversee leave of absence requests and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
✅ Benefits & Safety Programs
- Administer new hire benefit enrollments, monthly orientations, and changes/separations.
- Lead quarterly virtual safety meetings and champion company-wide safety initiatives.
✅ HR Support & Problem-Solving
- Support leadership with employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- Provide HR insights to drive business decisions.
- Manage various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Bring
✔ 4+ years of professional HR experience (Required)
✔ Expertise in employment laws & regulations (CA Wage & Hour Laws a plus!)
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
✔ Experience with HRIS and talent management systems
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✔ HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
