About the Job
This Human Resources Manager role is a strategic partner to the Island leadership team, developing and implementing HR strategies and programs aligned with business unit and organizational goals. The position requires expertise in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, and HR systems. This individual will provide HR direction and guidance on all employee-related matters.
