Responsibilities:
- Lead a small cross-functional team, including fit and finance, to transform initial ideas into tangible, strategy-driven concepts aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Oversee concept screening with target audiences to refine and finalize the best iterations.
- Guide projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring validation through early innovation testing.
- Assemble and manage a project team, working collaboratively to assess operational and financial feasibility of new concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams through operations testing, ensuring readiness for execution.
- Oversee program development and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage the creation and rollout of national marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver all marketing materials on time and with accurate business updates.
- Create internal and external alignment materials to support national campaigns.
- Assist in preparing and presenting innovation progress at key events and quarterly meetings.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience following an undergraduate degree.
- Proven track record as a project leader, delivering results through competitive and innovative strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated success in driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Product management experience, leading multi-functional teams through the stage-gate process.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams—even those outside direct reporting lines.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities, utilizing deep analytical skills to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong customer empathy, with experience conducting field research and extracting insights from customer co-development exercises.
