Job Summary: The Logistics Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for delivering logistics services to support global teams in providing high-quality installations of products and systems worldwide. This role involves formalizing partner management to drive lean, efficient logistics operations. The Logistics Analyst will own and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive year-over-year improvements in third-party productivity, inventory management, quality, and safety. The position also leads cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring top performance across all active third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and control of Standard Operating Procedures for key logistics operations.
- Manage day-to-day operations and proactively handle core aspects of deployment materials management, including identifying and resolving network-related material issues.
- Review and report on material deliveries and inventory projections for deployment projects in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
- Track third-party performance with respect to materials management on a weekly basis and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Confirm project readiness and track critical material and problem service report dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager
- Experience in logistics operations
- Software development experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to solve complex problems
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Agile, Oracle, Coupa, or SAP
- Experience in the engineering industry is a plus.
