Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly financial closings, including journal entry preparation
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and roll-forward analyses
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong internal controls
- Manage inventory accounting and conduct operational cost analysis to improve financial efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to optimize audit processes
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional Experience
We welcome candidates with varied levels of experience:
- Accountant: 1+ years in accounting
- Senior Accountant: 3–5 years in finance, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry
- Assistant Controller: 5+ years, including leadership experience
