Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges, from strategy development to execution. Your role will involve applying PwC Professional skills and fulfilling key responsibilities at this management level, including but not limited to:

Additionally, you will demonstrate advanced skills in managing and addressing client needs, including:

  • Leading the Workday HCM Benefits workstream, with experience in at least three full Workday implementations.
  • Facilitating discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements.
  • Leading functional discovery and design sessions, translating business needs into configuration elements.
  • Delivering well-structured, polished reports while collaborating across teams as needed.
  • Providing strategic recommendations based on industry best practices and relevant experience.
  • Managing integration with related Workday functional modules such as Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships while addressing their needs effectively.
  • Communicating value propositions and managing project workflow, resources, budgets, billing, and documentation.
  • Leading client discussions and meetings.
  • Overseeing engagements or specific workstreams, ensuring the accuracy of deliverables and adapting to unforeseen challenges.
  • Supervising teams to foster trust, encourage diverse perspectives, and drive innovation.
  • Providing guidance to junior staff and offering timely, constructive feedback.
