Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise and guide support personnel, including Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA/COTA), Therapy Aides, and students.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program recognized by the Occupational Therapy Association.
Skills:
- Ability to provide direct patient care and supervise therapy support staff.
- Strong organizational skills to support program development.
- Competency in assessing and interpreting patient needs across different age groups, considering normal growth and development.
- Expertise in developing home programs and training families in patient care.
- Knowledge of selecting and utilizing durable medical equipment (DME) and adaptive equipment.
- Proficiency in computer skills.

Licensure & Certifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification required.
