Main Responsibilities
IT Project Management
- Collaborate with Executive Level Management to design processes, provide status updates, and report issues.
- Lead projects with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely completion while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress to successful completion.
- Coordinate with Business Units, Vendors, and IT teams for roadmap planning, dependency mapping, change requests, and status tracking.
- Promote a positive work culture that rewards individual and team contributions, encourages creativity, and maintains high productivity and quality standards.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, clearly articulating needs and managing expectations of both business and technical stakeholders.
IT Project Planning and Organization
- Conduct project planning, budget estimation, resource allocation, financial planning, and risk assessment for complex IT projects spanning multiple disciplines, regions, and business cultures.
- Utilize industry-standard Project Management best practices, tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
IT Project Control and Reporting
- Design reporting formats for project updates to managerial, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Reconcile project progress reports with department budgets.
- Apply Earned Value Analysis principles across multiple IT projects.
- Identify and address overdue or challenged projects, implementing necessary controls.
