In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting month-end close activities, including preparing and entering journal entries, reviewing account activity, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing and analyzing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conducting monthly reviews of manufacturing variances, providing insights, and recommending improvement actions.
  • Collaborating with site operations to develop and assess standard costs and product cost performance.
  • Assisting with internal and external audit processes.
  • Supporting annual physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating process documentation, including accounting policies and procedures.

What You Need for This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant post-college accounting experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position).
