Responsibilities
- Implement best practices in software design and development within an agile scrum environment.
- Collaborate with Software Quality Assurance to establish effective testing strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in web application development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 and familiarity with the Node.js ecosystem.
- Extensive experience with front-end web technologies including HTML5, CSS, React/Redux, and WebSockets.
- Proven ability to deliver product features in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and experience in API development and consumption.
- Solid understanding of web security fundamentals.
- Experience working with version control and continuous integration (CI) tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with databases and message brokers.
- Understanding of container technologies and microservices architectures.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with professional audio and video products.
- Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) products and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) integrations.
