Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various job-related tasks as necessary.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including pursuit strategies, timelines, and goals for assigned prospects and strategic accounts.
  • Create and manage an integrated portfolio plan to effectively prioritize sales activities for both existing and potential customers.
  • Provide strategic insights on market opportunities within the designated territory, aligning with Rackspace’s competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the sales process for all Rackspace solutions, ensuring a structured and results-driven approach.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to engage potential customers, qualifying leads based on established frameworks.
  • Leverage industry relationships to generate new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Assess customer requirements and align Rackspace solutions accordingly, identifying potential customizations as needed.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of Rackspace solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales conversions.
  • Innovate and implement customer-centric strategies that enhance business growth.

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • 12 to 14 years of experience in sales or a related field.
