Yellowstone Structural Systems, a Groundworks Company, is looking for motivated Construction General Laborers to join our team in Belgrade, MT!
About the Role
As an Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in our crew, traveling in a company-provided vehicle to various homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. This position is a great fit for individuals with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping.

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a high-performing team to serve customers in the local area
- Travel to various job sites and install company products under the guidance of trained professionals
- Maintain a team-oriented mindset and contribute to overall project success
- Follow instructions carefully and stay committed to safety and quality

Requirements:
- Transport and deliver materials from the warehouse to the job site
- Set up and clean job sites efficiently
- Dig and backfill trenches/holes as needed
- Lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces when required
- Stand, walk, and perform strenuous labor in various conditions
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly
- Engage in continuous physical activity, including pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Maintain manual dexterity and coordination for handling tools and materials
- Exhibit strong stamina and endurance for extended work periods
- Ability to read reports, data, and information on computer screens when necessary
