Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and tactical plans while providing essential support to the sales team.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer in product development initiatives, ensuring customer needs are accurately identified and validated.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Sales teams, Regional Sales Managers, and the Director of Customer Experience to drive key programs and successful product launches.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure precise forecasting aligned with customer activity and market trends.
  • Design and implement training programs that enhance sales skills, partnering with Field Trainers, the Customer Experience team, and the Clinical Team to support product and service education.
  • Assist in product implementations within customer accounts as needed.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with Clinical and Sales teams, ensuring measurable activities align with business objectives.

Brand Strategy

  • Support and strengthen the overall brand strategy for Tru-D within PDI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market barriers, educational gaps, and unmet customer needs.
  • Develop and test early commercial concepts, including positioning, messaging, branding, and educational platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor and communicate shifts in healthcare policy and competitive dynamics that impact the product category.

Leadership

  • Lead by example, embodying the company’s core values and fostering a strong corporate culture.
  • Instill accountability and commitment across all initiatives and programs.
  • Act as a key leader within the organization, promoting a culture of collaboration, urgency, and ownership.

Tactical Execution

  • Build and manage a team of strategic partners to execute tactical plans, ensuring compliance with contractual and budgetary requirements.
  • Work alongside Clinical, Sales, and Marketing Communications teams on publication planning and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development.
  • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for launching products and key initiatives, ensuring alignment across R&D, Sales Leadership, National Accounts, Operations, Customer Experience, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and other relevant departments.

Performance Measurements

  • Achievement of annual budget targets for key brands.
  • Year-over-year sales growth.
  • Market share expansion compared to the previous year.

Education & Certification

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in Salesforce.com.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to drive success in a dynamic environment.
