Key Responsibilities of a Group Finance Analyst
H2: Drive Financial Excellence as a Group Finance Analyst
- Consolidate business unit accounts to create a Group P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Prepare monthly Board reports and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and provide performance analysis.
H2: Strategic Planning and Reporting as a Group Finance Analyst
- Deliver financial modeling and analysis for M&A and business growth opportunities.
- Provide commercial insights for quarterly bond market reports.
- Support senior stakeholders, including the Group FC and CFO, on key financial projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- ACA-qualified accountant with at least 4 years PQE.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling expertise.
- Experience with multi-site operations or retail/leisure industries preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
