What We’re Looking For in a Teacher
To be successful in this Teacher role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be a strong communicator, capable of leading a class team and collaborating with external agencies.
- Have a deep understanding of early childhood development and complex learning needs.
- Be passionate about inclusive education and experiential learning inside and outside the classroom.
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet pupils’ diverse needs.
