As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 3-19, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. Your role will involve assisting with daily learning activities, providing one-on-one support, and ensuring that every child feels safe, motivated, and eager to learn. Working collaboratively with teachers and specialists, you will help create a positive, inclusive classroom experience where students can flourish.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to complete an apprenticeship)
