Essential Functions

  • Work closely with business owners, project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to implement solutions, assess feasibility, and identify constraints and risks.
  • Lead iterative user review sessions, address system design enhancements, manage issues and user expectations, and drive the completion of key action items.
  • Collect, develop, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in Agile teams to support task estimation, prioritization, and execution.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and contribute to system design.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution developers to communicate and confirm requirements.
  • Conduct functional and integrated testing.
  • Prepare and maintain project and technical documentation, including reports, analysis, and user materials.
  • Work alongside project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs align with business needs.
  • Assess new and existing IT products and services.
  • Support Salesforce administration, including data management and system integrations.
  • Take meeting notes and communicate key information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop user stories, test scripts, and other Agile project deliverables.
  • Assist in managing incoming support requests and coordinating across teams.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in technology-related roles; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with digital project management tools like Airtable, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party APIs.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to create and execute software test cases.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and SQL is preferred.
  • Background in test automation and script development is beneficial.
  • Strong functional analysis and technical writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team under tight deadlines.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
