Job Description
This role is responsible for developing complex financial models to track, report, and support decision-making for all pharmacy financial activities and investments within the Clinical Pharmacy Enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expense & Capital Budgeting – Preparing detailed financial reports and expense/capital budgets.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Generating reports, assessing benchmark data, and analyzing financial statistics.
- Program Evaluation – Assisting in the assessment of new programs and managing salary and supply expenses.
- Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Support – Aiding in revenue cycle processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing business operations.
- Leadership Support – Providing direct financial insights and assistance to leadership.
Estimated Salary Range: $62,974.07 – $81,866.29 per year (based on experience).
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Bachelor of Science – BS).
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or MPH with a focus in finance or accounting).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial and general accounting principles.
- Experience in hospital or health system accounting (pharmacy-specific experience preferred).
