Controls & Compliance Analyst
Overview
PepsiCo is seeking a Controls and Compliance Analyst to support Information Security processes, including control monitoring, risk assessment, compliance initiatives, and policy implementation. This role involves coordinating control activities, ensuring adherence to security standards, and working cross-functionally to strengthen compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly and annual control testing to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate control activities, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and key security metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the control lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on Information Security policies and standards.
- Drive security best practices and communicate updates across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in Controls, Compliance, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong background in Risk Assessment and Internal Controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $69,900 – $117,000 (based on location, skills, and experience).
- 5% annual performance bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
