Cybersecurity Analyst – Top Secret/SCI Clearance
About the Role
GDIT is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to support enterprise security initiatives and ensure compliance with U.S. government defense and intelligence standards. This role requires expertise in risk management, compliance, vulnerability assessments, and security operations, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security analysis of classified and unclassified systems.
- Coordinate cybersecurity deliverables with project teams and stakeholders.
- Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessments, security impact analyses, and compliance efforts.
- Manage security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
- Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Maintain security controls using eMASS, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other cybersecurity tools.
- Advise on security policies, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT security, including 5+ years in cyber assurance.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM platforms, NAC, DLP, IDS/IPS, encryption, authentication.
- Experience with DOD RMF, DISA STIGs, and security assessment tools.
- Ability to manage compliance efforts, audits, and security operations.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must meet DOD IAM Level II certification requirements upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP certification and experience with virtualization (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft).
- Knowledge of DevOps, cloud security, network security, and firewall rule sets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $96,034 – $128,800 (based on experience and location).
