Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following key responsibilities are included (additional duties may be assigned):
- Develop product roadmaps and lead the design, development, and integration of server and workstation system products.
- Define and execute strategic plans while collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and business development teams to deliver comprehensive server solutions to customers.
- Utilize a strong technical background to formulate product requirements for cloud and data center infrastructure solutions based on customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
- Engage with customers at all levels, including senior executives, engineering teams, and product marketing, to showcase capabilities, share the company’s vision, and understand their challenges and requirements.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management and vendors as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, sales teams, and customers.
- Provide third-level technical support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in system/server architecture preferred.
- Proven experience in product marketing and/or product management, with a track record of managing multiple products from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life.
- Strong expertise in computer and server architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, promote products, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
