Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join our Talent & Culture team. Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Partner – Build relationships with internal teams, acting as the primary HR contact and advisor.
- Performance & Talent Management – Lead performance management initiatives and support employee growth.
- Employee Relations & Development – Provide coaching, resolve concerns, and recommend training programs.
- Organizational Development & Change Management – Drive HR strategies that enhance business success.
- Onboarding & Retention – Ensure a seamless experience for new hires and contribute to retention efforts.
- Talent Acquisition – Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong business acumen, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive results, adapt to change, and foster a positive workplace culture.
