Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including change management, procurement, project scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project contracts and the roles and responsibilities of all project stakeholders.
- Ensure subcontractors meet all permit and insurance requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings to coordinate and align work activities effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to maximize performance and growth.
- Prepare and present monthly project status reports, highlighting key priorities and addressing potential challenges.
- Manage project close-out activities, including the delivery of manuals, warranties, and final payment documentation for subcontractors.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with client representatives, designers, and engineers.
- Set project deadlines and actively monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site.
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture through effective leadership and engagement.
- Build and nurture industry relationships to identify and secure strategic project opportunities.
- Play a key role in recruiting and retaining top industry talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the Clark team.
- Consistently exceed client and stakeholder expectations by anticipating and meeting their evolving needs and objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of construction industry experience, ideally with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams.
- Solid understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial elements of managing construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with owners and trade partners.
- High level of integrity, leadership, and resilience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

Preferred Qualifications
- DBIA Certification and/or LEED Accreditation preferred.
