Your Responsibilities

  • Embody and exemplify our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Take full ownership of the guest experience, leading your team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including team training, customer service excellence, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate business updates, assign station coverage, and deliver key company messages.
  • Lead hiring efforts, mentor and coach associates, and provide real-time feedback to support continuous team development.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to create and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and guide your team to achieve the same level of expertise.
  • Adapt to change with resilience and deliver outstanding results, regardless of challenges.
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including cash handling, bank deposits, daily reconciliations, and tip tracking.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all leadership levels in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of achieving specific revenue targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive team player with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
