    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
    • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee kitchen staff
    • Previous fine dining experience is preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise all mid- and closing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food and labor costs
    • Lead back-of-house (BOH) shifts, ensuring smooth food preparation, cooking, and overall kitchen operations
    • Maintain recipe books in collaboration with the General Manager (GM) and designated managers/chefs
    • Manage the purchasing and ordering of food products and restaurant supplies on a daily basis
    • Facilitate seamless communication between the front-of-house (FOH) and BOH teams to ensure efficient food production and service
    • Work with the GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, and mentor all BOH employees
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across all departments
