What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of up to four IT professionals by providing coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to drive success.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure—including LAN, Citrix, VMware, telecommunications, and cloud services—to ensure system security and 24/7 availability for our members.
  • Deliver exceptional internal support by managing the Service Desk to provide timely, high-quality technical assistance to 130 employees, while meeting organizational SLAs.
  • Oversee IT projects and system upgrades, including infrastructure improvements and software updates, collaborating with business partners to ensure smooth implementation and testing.
  • Strengthen business continuity and compliance by developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, security protocols, and regulatory measures to safeguard critical systems.
  • Optimize IT operations by identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and system performance, following industry best practices.
  • Act as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and vendors to ensure IT solutions align with business goals and improve member service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of experience managing IT operations in an on-premises environment (a two-year degree in information systems or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience of 8+ years will be considered).
  • Strong technical expertise with advanced problem-solving, project management skills, and hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, networking, and security best practices.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving results.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or other compliance-driven sectors is a plus.
