We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Green Parks House, Princess Royal University Hospital. This role offers the chance to provide senior medical leadership on Goddington Ward, an 18-bed acute inpatient unit. As the Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be the Responsible Clinician (RC) for all detained patients, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities of a Consultant Psychiatrist

  • Lead inpatient care on Goddington Ward, overseeing the treatment and recovery of 18 acute inpatients.
  • Act as the Responsible Clinician (RC) for detained patients under the Mental Health Act.
