Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership network and contribute to the success of our hospitals. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape financial strategies within our growing healthcare system.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare accounting, budgeting, cash management, and capital finance
- Experience in insurance regulations, reimbursement, and hospital financial operations
- Proficiency in financial software and hospital information systems
- Completion of Sexual Harassment certification within six months, with renewal biennially
Preferred:
- CPA certification
- Membership in ACHE or similar professional organizations
- 5–7 years of experience in hospital accounting/finance, with at least two years in management
