Pharmacist – MultiCare Health System
Position Overview
As a Pharmacist at MultiCare, you play a crucial role in delivering safe, accurate, and timely pharmaceutical care to patients, nurses, and physicians. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in medication management, IV preparation, and quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and prepare IV solutions.
- Compound specialized pharmaceutical preparations as needed.
- Supervise support staff and ensure final verification of all work.
- Conduct inspections of pharmaceutical supplies across services.
- Ensure safe and accurate pharmaceutical care delivery.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist license in the State of Washington.
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency (preferred).
- One year of experience in a hospital, retail, clinic, or related setting (preferred).
